About Merz: Meet the Mind

Merz Esguerra is a business and talent manager, content producer, and emerging author.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Nevada State University and a master’s degree in sports administration from the University of Miami.

 

Merz began his career in the music industry as a songwriter, artist manager, and live show curator before transitioning into sports in 2015, where he coached high school basketball and recruited student-athletes, helping dozens secure college scholarships.

Now, he is dedicated to telling stories that resonate. Whether he’s managing talent, producing digital content, or writing books, his focus is on bringing authenticity to the forefront. Specializing in helping creators and brands transform their ideas into powerful narratives.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Merz now lives in Las Vegas.
